I have been coming to this site for a bit and really enjoy it, so I guess it’s my turn to tell a few stories that have happened to me over the years. As far back as I can remember I’ve always experienced strange things. As a child starting at about 5 years of age I would hear whispering. I could always make out male and female voices and it always sounded like more than 2.

At first being young I’d call out to my mother and father, always waking them to ask if they were up talking. To this, I would get a stern no and go back to sleep. This continued for many years on and off even to the point that I’d beg every birthday or Christmas for a radio. My 11th birthday I finally got one and began playing it every night to drown out the voices, which in the end actually worked. They seemed to have gone away finally.

My father was a minister and my mother was very practical so I never told them what was going on or why I’d always ask for a radio, knowing they’d never believe me anyway. At times I’d feel like I was being followed or watched. Things would seem get misplaced only to be found right where they had been left. Pretty typical stuff but it did happen.

Then at the age of 14 while left alone I was lying in front of the TV propped up on my elbow watching some show. Suddenly I got that feeling of being watched. As I rolled over and looked into our bathroom, which was right off of our TV room, I saw the most hideous face. It appeared to look like a very old man but distorted and twisted. I swear for a split second I had the distinct impression this thing did not like me at all. So I did the only logical thing. I ran like a chicken to my room into bed, covered my head up, and waited for my parents to get home.

Now before you say it could have been a prank, the window mentioned was 12 feet off the ground. I have many more stories but will close for now since this turned out pretty long.
